Terms & Conditions:
Deposit of 50% of service, is required to complete booking for service.
Total amount does not include additional service requested during care.
Any additional service will require a payment at time of request, if service is able to be fulfilled.
Final payment will be due 24 hours prior to surgery.
If the date for surgery changes due to the physician, POCS will waive the first cancellation fee of 100.00. Your deposit will go towards a rescheduled date.
No refunds for last minute cancellations.
